Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
by Kenny on March 5th, 2022
If you like to have a beverage ever so often, keep your money at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your purse, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and chequebooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever cash you intend to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to throw away and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You may well have a profit following a drunken night out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to hit a long roll at a hot craps game. Hang on to that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and wager. These activities simply do not mix.
Keeping your moola back at the hotel might be a bit excessive, but defensive measures for excessive actions is required. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your cash without a worry, then drink all the free beer you can handle, but don’t take plastic credit and checks to toss into the mix of following losses after your drunk as a skunk self squanders everything!
Permit me to take this a single step further. do not drink and then hop online to gamble in your preferred casino either. I love to beer from the comfort of my condominium, but seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I don’t drink alcohol to excess, when I drink, it is absolutely enough to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble when you do. The two mix up for a dangerous, and expensive, cocktail.
